Abby wasn't wrong. She wasn't talking about the bottom from day to day like you focus on. She was talking about longer term trends. Cisco is going to start trending upwards after this week and continue on to it's old March highs by August 2001. If you think different, take a look at two things: the fundamentals and historical price trends. Also, take a look at cash flow trends, if you are really zealous. That should make it clear to you that shorting Cisco at this point is too risky.
