For what it is worth, there was a print right after the number came out at 108. My guess is those trades have to be cancelled but give us an indication that things don't look too good for an after-hours open.

This appears to be the first quarter in awhile that IBM
didn't spend more than it made on stock buybacks (although
they're still down for the year)...
