i won't sue anyone. I just don't get this market any more. Intel loses $200B in market cap and comes in pretty much as expected and doesn't really guide things much lower than what was expected for 4thQ.

For those wondering about the sequential decline in earnings, it has to do with the large investment gains they had last quarter. They came in slightly above guidance on investment gains this quarter.
