paulr1, I have problems with Qcharts on the futures. I know why we have the problem and I know when the new feed is in it should be fixed. I hope all this is true and you keep close to the resent dates for the upgrade. It cost me a lot of money when the prices lag by 10 seconds and we go to bursting and it is frustrating. BUT....the reason I am writing this is to thank you and congratulate you on your courage and stamina. I know you are doing the best you can and YOU are not the cause of the problem. If the company you work for is as big a POS as many here suggest then we are all very lucky to have you as the go between. I could not stand the abuse you put up with or the problems you are having to deal with. I know it must be very unpleasant and I want you to know that at least one of us, and I am sure there are many more, feel for you and the situation you are in. Thank you very much. boots
