Bush doesn't lie.
He just did, numerous times in front of millions of viewers. There's a lot more evidence that Gore created the internet than there is that Texas has been spending money on the uninsured. He may try to pass it off as ignorance, but he was coached well enough on the figures and subject. It was an outright lie.
