CLEC's vs ILEC's...Without going back to my notes...Either last CC or the one prior, MZ said something like...What COVD did all last year Bell Atlantic did in a qtr. That is why WSTL went the ILEC route and after this qtr.'s numbers WSTL should finally get some of the respect it has yet to receive...I HOPE, I PRAY, I PLEAD! Unfortunately, it seems like WSTL will get punished tomorrow with absolutely NO justification! The one big concern for me is WSTL's cash position after this qtr. Remember that CMTN has over $150 million in cash which WSTL does not! WSTL = ILEC = EXPLODING CMTN = CLEC = Fizzling
