More on FTTH...I think that this strongly supports the bullishness in the optics world. When broadband to the home is widely available, it is going to start a whole new feedback loop with new applications, which will then demand more bandwidth which will in turn fuel the ideas for new applications. First quarter done, now is time for the second quarter, but this game is far from being over.

I doubt that I will ever see DSL at my home, I think that anybody who is outside of the range now will skip over that phase and go straight to FTTH.
