Victor: I think INTC is bottoming. IBM could just sit there like a big lump in the 80-100 dollar range -- why own this big blue turd? It is not that profitable and it is not growing. It is like GM at five times the p/e multiple and lower cash flow -- I would not want to buy a dumpster full of IBM. But the semis are oversold at this stage. I am looking to them to rebound before the rest of the market resumes this painful exercise in reality.
