Thank you very much for the info. I made this same request to a member of the management team recently and was told that this would be "selective disclosure" and that we were now in the "quite period". Guess I'll call IR next time :')

Unfortunately, the issue of payments to Steag was NOT
addressed on the conference call. I can only assume
that all the analysts that asked questions knew that the
stock will be over $20 before the deal closes :-)

Otherwise, it was a very good call. Strong backlog,
300mm now 26% of orders (outstanding!), new wins in CVD
and in Japan. Very upbeat.
