The market is going lower, much lower get used to it. The market is still fixated on the old generals, they still carry too much weight. So generals need to be sold down till they are cheap compared to the economic out look. Sadly, the old guard is going to take down the rest of the market with them. Look at AOL, it's PE is still tripled digits and CSCO's is 153.

That's an unfounded assumption, at least until csco reports on 11/6. As well, the upper end router segment is still small and in early stages of buildout. Gorilla game dynamics suggest Cisco will muscle an unfair share before this market becomes mature. Fwiw, my money is on the primate.
