Blue,

>>please elaborate on what you mean by "case closed"?<<

I was in one of those creative moods. Take your pick:

1. I rest my "case," insofar as proving the feasibility of a startup raising the necessary capital to support an FTTH platform across several states.

2. If WINFirst decides to implement an intranet-like service with "gateways" to the greater Internet, like AOL and ATHM have done, then AOL's Case is "closed out" of the loop, so to speak, again.

3. Conversely, Case now has an opportunity to close the loop <I wont say it again> on a broadband alternative without relying on the MSOs and the DSLs. In Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, San Diego and Sacramento, Calif. for now, in any event.

4. And in no "case" am I all the things that your kudos suggest. Thanks, anyway.
