I don't know if they still offer it free, or not, but registering with ETrade and doing all the necessary legal crap (and giving up your info) gives access to Instinet quotes. Including "Pre-open and after-hours quotes". Just checked and they apparently do. "Register" and you're golden, or is that word banned? <g> Note that register does not mean to open an account.
