Korea Fund (KF) recommended by the famous John Templeton in the Louis Rukeyser's Wall Street newsletter. John Templeton stated the Korean Market was down 50% and Korean stocks are selling for one-quarter of the price of American stocks. He states that that attracts him to Korea and recommends the fund instead of buying individual Korean stocks. He stated that the current price represents a 23% discount and he is investing in the fund. So I bought a hundred shares at $10.71 on Tuesday before the 50% interest rate cut.
