Chris,

You're way to hostile about this. I am not attacking Aerie or NT. I am concerned with a couple of isolated data points I've heard and am researching regarding financing (LU and CIEN) as well as double and triple ordering for parts, and other things that could represent a potential house of cards for companies I currently own, or want to own.

I am thrilled that NT got this big deal, and they know what they're doing with the financing. But I also know that they are financing 50% of that 1 billion, and that means AERIE must be successful for NT to get that dough.

I didn't think twice about getting burned via the financing issues 6 months ago, but a flag or two have popped up, and I guarantee you, there are more under the covers that haven't been flushed out yet.

It's worth adjusting one's thinking to "show me" vs "I'll take your word for it" in the current earnings and market environment. In fact, those are good words to live by generally.

Regards,

Steve
