Yo Captain! No problemo, just a good healthy shake out in the sector. Actually this is a good thing. A changing of the guard, new generals. Those that make their top and bottom lines and put in positive ccs with bullish forward-looking comments will be rewarded. It may be time for the IBMs of the world to spend some time in the cellar while CPQ spends a little well-deserved time in the penthouse. We sure did our share of time in the cellar while they flew high. If you recall, MSFT was 120, INTC 75, CSCO 75, DELL 55, and IBM 120+ when CPQ was 23-25. Well we're still at that level and holding up well but they ain't. When the dust settles the winners will go back to their former highs, the others will suck wind. I include CPq in the "winners" column. Just a minor adjustment in progress. Maybe a good time for you to pick up 10k shares or so just so you can feel real comfortable about posting here. ajajja El

Hi CJ - I agree. That said, the strong companies will survive and revive better than the ones who have disappointed. FWIW, if not b/c IBM was trying to defer its recovery in the 2nd 1/2, an increase in rev for this size of a co in the face of a tough Euro mkt is nothing to sneeze at. If IBM doesn't take the mkt with it, I think the contrast is obvious to people which companies are on the path to glory and which to the doghouse

best, Bosco
