Thanks for your response. I will listen to the cc tonite. I think it's hard at this point to give Aspect the benefit of the doubt about executing on or ahead of plan based on hiring. Expectations were built so high from last October through June of this year, but Aspect was up against very poor performance comparisons from the past year. Now, it is imperative that they bust the numbers with significant sales increases and show an "operating" profit. They have had alliances/agreements with Siebel, Siemens, and now Kana. But, what type of significant progress have they made with these "partnerships". I haven't seen any mentioned.
