ftth- Thanks for looking it up. I was assuming it was going to be vendor financed, but apparently I was wrong. WIN, WIN, and WOW...hard to say who is what. Sounds like to me, they are related. NOW<g> I'm wondering what is a, "small, Independent Telephone Companies in the Pacific Northwest?"
