I did a very rough calculation of where AMAT may bottom. I came up with 34~52. The mid point is 43 which is fairly close to where we are. I think there are tradable rallies starting tomorrow, but stability will not come for another month. Also, although I expect a sharp turn around around March, in '95 AMAT peaked for 8 months before SEMI orders. So we should not be too surprised if the stock keeps falling for 3 quarters in the face of good news, if the cycle is ending.
