Ted: dont know if you caught this or not from a few days ago: (Oct 13) Tom's Hardware is saying they know when the AMD 760 is scheduled to be released, but they cant reveal the date yet. However, they do say that one should be able to put together an Athlon based DDR SDRAM system by Christmas, and that one should also be able to buy an OEM system by that time www6.tomshardware.com Combine that with Anand hinting in his Athlon 1.2/Duron 800 review that he'd also be reviewing a DDR based motherboard real soon, (which he previewed a few weeks ago) and I suspect some of our RMBS's friends skepticism on DDR based systems should soon be dissipated.
