if the answer to this one is obvious, but would you happen to know which of Fido's SELECT funds is closest to the Sox?

Considering switching part of the 401K here in the next few days, if things don't deteriorate too badly. Precisely for that bounce you mention. I too think things have been overdone ... the market seems to thrive on exaggeration ... and this is the result of the uncertainty and myth it is built around.

and held for long term accounts in this bottomless pit...

JT, these are speculative stocks in the greatest speculation since the tulipmania of the 1600's or the south sea bubble,

these are NOT investments or something u shud have in a long term account, most of these kind of stocks will end up on the pink sheets after many reverse splits, and turn downs for additional credit funding.
