PS - Graciella, Verizon finally came back and field qualified my 2 Mb/s SDSL line this morning. They actually *did* put in a new block cable to make sure that it would meet spec. Amazing.

As Lucy would say whaaaaaaa. I guess the rest of us are all destined to occupy the trailing edge of technology.

PS When it takes you three weeks to figure out your spouse moved out, you'll know you've been on the computer just a little too much. I'm sure they have a 12 step group for broadband users.....problem is, they'll meet in a chat room.

Hey, I'm watching it. I saw Justice' homer and I'm seeing the creepos in Seattle sneak back in. Well, it's 2 outs in 9th so it looks good.

Laser distribution? These guys will try every wrong technology before they give up in frustration and just do what physics indicated they ought. Unfortunately for most it will be too late. To make a long story short laser distribution is the most expensive of all the options. LU doesn't know the size of the can of worms they are crawling into just like Att didn't know how bad TCI's government protected network was.
