DJ: They warned because they feared being crucified if they surprised to the down side even if it was going to be a slight miss. From this point out every one is going to be very guarded in their guidance. They will all low ball the guidance and confess quickly if things look slow in a given qrtr. I lay it all pretty much at the feet of the hyper media coverage of the market. The media revel in great market swings.JFD
