"You sure get grouchy when your amd hits 17s. "

I'm going to get real grouchy when AMD hit's 1x
next year's sales. Oh wait...I think it's already
fallen below next year's sales.

At this point, Intel is perhaps 10-20% undervalued.
AMD, however, is perhaps 100% undervalued. There
is no way a price war is going to occur. There is
also no way that Intel is going to build inventory.
It's a pretty simple matter of making more P4s. Every
100 P4's means maybe 225 or 250 fewer P3s. What
better way to use capacity? Anyone really think AMD
deserves a P/E of <10? Intel should be around 30 P/E
for being the top dog. AMD, however, should be given
something fairly similar as it is growing at a faster
clip. AMD w/ a P/E of 20 means > 100% return from here.

Jim - Re: "You sure get grouchy when your amd hits 17s. "

Kash already bailed out of AMD - he got in at $28 - and out at $25.

The good news - for Kash - is that he didn't hold on to AMD while it slid back to $18.
