Marc, Baird and thread, All good points gents, and Baird I am under no illusion that AHAA could forecast a poor 3rd QTR and be hurt by the same things RFMD has been hurt by. RFMD problems do seem company specific on some issues, the truth will be known this afternoon. Having said that, I have a order in for AHAA today. I didn't get my $20 in the after hours, but I should get this one. With all the shares I have I'll have to fill out a 13G! <BG> I just got executed at $23-3/4! Here's comes the filing!! Anyway, I will be eagerly awaiting the report this PM, I don't trade on margin, so I can ride this thing down if required, but I don't think that will happen. Cheers! Tom
