Chris,

I will be getting a CLASS BUY signal on the DOW today(at least on a intraday basis), but I still wont get a CLASS BUY on the NAZ/NDX. That doesnt mean that the NAZ cannot rebound if the DOW does, just that there is still downside potential in the NAZ per my short-term technicals. Nevertheless, the NAZ would be only another day or 2 away from a CLASS BUY signal
