joseph, rydex funds have grown significantly in size and are a valid polling sample of what the market is doing in general, if you have followed are rydex #'s you have seen consistent tops when there is 80% money bullish and bottoms when 57% money is bullish for the year of 2000, like i said market conditions and trends can change and 57% bullish money may or may not hold this time, in a bear market you would to expect to see more bearish readings, consider how bearish everybody was when oil hit 10 bucks, the sheik's were all saying it was going to $5.

but then we all know bear equity markets have been repealed, just read dow 36,000 -ggg-
