RR: A "sign of the times". I have had long discussions with many of my broker friends. My point of view with all of them has been that if they have been even mildly successful, that they should think about getting out NOW. The reason? Legal suits involving brokers and brokerage firms are already rising and irrespective of the actual situation, when a civil court judge looks down at a poor client and a rich broker, the broker loses. And things haven't really turned ugly yet. Best, Earlie
