Both examples that you posted show that formation during an uptrend. INSP has not been in an uptrend.

I.E.
A hammer reversal candle on a down trend looks the same and also means a reversal on an up trend but is called a hanging man.

When in doubt just look at the fast stochastic line. It points the direction of the stock and is very useful in very short time spans such as with a 5 or 15 minute charts.
