I think this slowdown stuff is false spin. ATSN , a power supply company just reported and said it was going full bore, the component shortages especially in passive components was continuing with no end in sight. Drams are a little less tight but still bought on the spot market at times, Growth is being held down by inadequate supply more then demand, about 10% was tje figure given.ATSN is using contract manufacturers to fulfill committments, backlog and orders mean they have no capcity for turns business. ECM companies also going full bore. Listen to FLEX CC tomorrow i.e. to get a good read. Intel reported fine. Sure their is always transition disruptions like going to new cell phone designs, european vacations, etc which effect one quarter but I think this is a great time to be buying .The lily ponds are blosseming all over the place IMO.

DoCoMo shows Microsoft wireless gizmo
theregister.co.uk
"Almost a year to the day after Microsoft struck a deal with Japanese wireless giant NTT DoCoMo, the first fruits of the deal were displayed at World PC Expo in Tokyo yesterday. But it may well go unnoticed as the Japanese market swings to using Java-based gadgets".
