Question to Canadian posters. I've heard that there is another side to the capitol gains tax cut in this mini budget. Supposedly they have also tampered with claims for capitol losses, but I have been unable to find any info on this. Can anyone point to anything related to this? Could it be that we are entering a stage where it would be more profitable for govt. to tamper with claims for capitol losses while making it appear that they are giving people a tax break on non existent capitol gains? Any help appreciated.
