I once mis-typed a purchase for QQQ as a limit order above the current ask. Sure enough, I bought it. <ggg> I was trying to modify an order and did not notice the mistake. I called my broker to try to reverse the trade (explaining that it happened because the software goes to some default setings when you modify a limit order). They probably laughed their a$$es off when I got off the phone. <ggg>
