My thoughts exactly :) I hardly would count Paul as the be-all, end-all of AMD reliable information... particularly in light of Boris saying that Paul screwed up the translation or misunderstood it. NO matter - I've written to a friend of mine at the Register to see if they had heard of anything about this, as well as to Dr Tom at Toms Hardware.. and I've also been told by JC that he feels Elmer is embellishing this claim of it not working..(so now its JC and Aces Hardware that think the claim is unfounded)... so we'll see if any of the other hardware guys give any hint of credibility to Elmer besides Paul quoting a translated German text.

I was just showing that I didn't make this up. I also gave AMD the benefit of the doubt and simply said it had booting problems rather than say it wouldn't boot as Paul says the Heise report claimed. EP
