Setting a conscience FOR women can cut either way- you can have a law that forces women to abort, OR you can force them not to abort. I prefer to let women make up their own minds. This is, imo, a matter of personal and public opinion. Some countries with or without the support of their populations make it illegal to have abortions- and SOME force women TO have them (China's one child policy). Hitler has more in common with YOUR view of forcing a state decision on women, than MY view of allowing every woman to choose.
