Well put Daniel. Those of us who have the 1973-74 bear market to write home about do have that in our frame of reference. I never buy relative value! Unfortunately, that has sometimes led to problems in the tech area, where often the best looking values are older companies with decent balance sheets but with second-rate market/product positions - which is hard to tell if you do not have a tech background.

I still love ELK at $10-12. It has just got to that range, but not enough for me to start nibbling yet. No rush in my opinion.
