Break out the "enemies list", dirty tricks, and the Joe McCarthy hearing rule book--"Are you or have you ever been a liberal?" Just ask John McCain who was the real Republican candidate until he bit the bullet for the Republican hierarchy. If Bush is in the White House, expect a tax cut for the rich, a stagnate minimum wage, a push to increase the retirement age, Medicare and Social Security changes that will most likely lower benefits and increase the rich bottom line, and an increase in the "Star Wars" budget that has yet to stop 1 Arab terrorist. Bush is a Republican puppet without the foresight to even begin to suggest how to straighten out the health care mess in this country. His father suggested an increase in immunizations, which harkens back to the Eisenhower days. Hospital accountability and reimbursement is a mess, and HMOs are under fire for overpaid executives and shoddy care. The country needs someone who is open-minded and who really cares and that is Al Gore.
