That's even weirder! What good is an Itanium without a motherboard? Well I guess mobo makers would like some samples, but 100 should be enough Itaniums for that.

Maybe Intel sold these Itaniums for $2,000 bucks each with a promise of a free motherboard to come... if they bought before October 1!
