You are welcome. Since he was talking about holding schools accountable for performance, there is no reason to infer that individual scores would be publicized: they are irrelevant. In any case, the publication of aggregate scores is standard practice, and therefore it would be natural to assume that is what was being referred to. By the way, do you have any statistics whatsoever about the class background of those who land on death row?
