Hi, Richard. Perspicacious questions there, my friend. To be candid, I turned it over to a "more connected associate" This fund mgr was no fool...he only offered 1% for all of us [conduit peons] to fight over as our "commission"... Still, a fractional of 1% of that size would still buy a round for all, of saspirilla at the Sideline Bar and Grill...which from the sounds of recent discussion on this thread, is pretty heavily populated bar.<grin> All the best, and thanks for the info.
