We still could have taken out Saddam while we had the Coalition Forces right there in heavy numbers and all fueled-up and ready to go. Now we can't take out Saddam because we would be singled out as the imperialist aggressor. What would you do if you were Clinton now against Saddam? Not much he can do anymore unless Saddam invades Kuwait again.
