Pete, I agree 100%. Here is what happened (IMO): BB was really impressed by last Friday rally and mailed his advice (buy qqq)Friday night.

I can't imagine we had a bottom this am. Technically DJI is in a bad shape, Naz is in a better shape but fundamentally still overvalued. Emerging leaders (JNPR, JDSU , SDLI and others) are overpriced and resemble "internuts" of 98-99.
I decided to continue staying 80% in cash for now.

Val

Re: the ideal QQQ entry point this time would be lower than the Under $75 entry point last May.

There was a short period last Thursday, Oct. 12, where the cubes could be bought for under $75. I wonder if BB thought that was when we should be buying?? The alleged communique was not dated...so who knows ;-)

Of course, ideally we will get a test of the Oct. 12 lows on lower volume, yada yada yada. I thought we were going to have that today...but it's looking less certain now.

BTW, its nice to see some of the "regulars" back on board.

Regards,

Bill
