Hi Tom: Can you believe it everyone thinks we’ve had capitulation. We’re just in the concern phase of this bear but I am hoping for a nice rally till elections. Of course I’ve been hoping since about two weeks ago so take that for what its worth. I think after the elections, when we have no earnings, but just inflation #’s, currency concerns in Europe and Asia (remember this took us down in 98), the winter setting in with oil and natural gas extremely high levels compared to recent past we really enter the concern phase. I think 9,800 on the DOW will look pretty good at that time. So I’m just playing this as a rally to trade and close out positions. Tim PS - Quite a few years back I almost went to Tanzania. Went through a whole series of shots. At the time I read the World Health Organization report on Africa. Plenty of horrible diseases one can catch there.
