Bush looked shaky indeed last night. The first sentence he uttered was a bumbled sentence. He was nervous under the direct questioning. Meanwhile Al was like a cruise missile hitting the right answers with surgical precision. Expect a swing back to Gore now this week. Gore then heads for Texas where he will pound Bush on his actual record not just his rhetoric and feel-good slogans. Expect "compassion" to be one word people no longer associate with GW Bush after this week.
