I like it better than "affirmative action." "Affirmative access" implies that we make the employment sector free from barriers that would prevent the best person for the job from consideration. "Affirmative action" implies that we will force employers to hire people whether or not they are the best person for the job. Let's go with Affirmative Access from now on.
