is this new info? siliconinvestor.com I'm referring to the S-8 filed on 10/13. *Represents 40,000,000 additional shares reserved for issuance upon the exercise of options granted or to be granted under the Registrant's 1997 Equity Incentive Plan and an additional 3,000,000 shares reserved for issuance under the Registrant's 1997 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.************ ==-=-=-=-=-=-=-= I'm just looking for some explanation for this downdraft. From what I can tell, this shouldn't be a surprise.., but maybe? any sec types listening? -thanks kh ps. I seem to have become my own contrary indicator this year. (recently sold tfs @22) so I'm somewhat concerned that I feel like buying more athm.
