EMC reported earlier today...

EMC Corp (EMC) 94 15/16: Reports Q3 earnings of $0.20 a share, $0.01 better than the Zacks consensus of $0.19, vs year-ago earnings of $0.13; revenues rose 33.6% to $2.28 bln from a year-ago of $1.71 bln; see press release.

I see another problem. It seems clear that friday was a short covering rally. I wrote that many of the stocks I like to trade made their biggest moves in the last hour. I doubt those shorts were put back on Mon and Tues. All buying now has to be largely "real." EMC had awesome numbers. It is not holding. I remain defensive
