THe stall in DSL rollouts is troubling. I don't think it was just CMTN as COVD also mentioned that they wer having difficulty collecting payments from ISPs. It could be that cable modem is the method of choice for broadband access. Currently the B2B sector seems to be a good bet as corporations will use B2B to cut down costs in a slowing economy. I like the networkers to but JNPR is pricing in years of growth at their current price. Might be a good time to start accumulating the internet leaders. Take an initial position in YHOO , DCLK, AOL etc and add to them if the market tanks further.
