That's one of the misunderstandings. He *doesn't* say when to buy or sell. He identifies "ascendent" technologies and the companies who are dominant in that tech, without regard to valuation or even if the company is publicly traded. Many of his picks are wildly overvalued today, but his position is that they are leaders in an important technology that fits into his Telecosm paradigm.
