Oh, sorry I have not read that one as yet and a book about the Warburgs is next on my hit list. This one is called "The Rise of the House of Rothschild 1770 - 1830". Different book.

Just looking at it one can see it has the look and feel of one of those to keep on the old book bookshelf. I love old and rare books, I hope this one matches up to the others I have. My favorite is a book I picked up in 1985 called "Myths and Legends of the Celtic Race", dated MCMXVII. Seems there were not very many Celts who ran Investment Banks, however.

Well, "The Magnificent Rothschilds" rings a bell. If I stumble upon it I shall let you know.
