Hey, Clappy... once upon a time, my grandfather gave a Babe Ruth autographed ball to my Mom, who gave it to her boyfriend, who was not my dad she later married. Sad,sad, sad. I grew up on the Yankees and Dodgers, and didn't change when the Giants moved to SF...try being a Dodger fan in Northern Calif. I basically followed the Yanks from Mantle's rookie year.Radio, TV, whatever we could get on the west coast. We snunk portable radios into school. My teacher let us hear the end of Larson's perfecto!! Those were 2 great teams. MantleRat
