DNAP...just off the phone...new information... Just spoke with Scott Deitler, former president of SDE Holdings 1 Inc....(305)674-4412 According to Scott,... SDE never had a symbol and was never publicly traded... There was no swap and no new shares were issued... DNAP paid cash for 100% of the SDE stock... Scott will not be involved with the company in any way in the future... It is his understanding that DNAP now only needs to file the 8k and get a "no comment" from the sec... then it's on to the otcbb... Man, these guys are good...
